FAQ

Where do you ship from?
  Most handmade products ship from US.
  Other products ship directly from manufacturers or our warehouses all over the world.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
  Currently we only ship to US, Canada, UK, Australia and Japan. 
  
Are all products ready to ship?
  Most items are ready to ship but some are made to order. Made to order items usually takes less than the estimated production time but please allow up to one week to finish making your made to order item.

How long will it take to receive my order?
  Delivery time for handmade products is 3-7 days in US and 2-3 weeks for international orders.  International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 8 weeks depending on the seasonality and the time spend at custom in each country.

  Delivery time for other products that are shipped directly from manufacturers or our warehouses outside of US is 12-20 days for US in most cases. Other countries varies but mostly it takes 2-4 weeks.

I ordered multiple items but only received one.
  If you ordered handmade products, you will receive in one package. Other products ship separately because all products in our store are not stored in one warehouse. Each product may come from a different warehouse or manufacturer.

Do I have to pay importing tax?
US customers: Products that are not handmade come from outside of US. Declared value under $800 would not be taxed but regulation may change any time. Please see more information here at US Customs and Border Protection website.

Custom fee/importing tax is your responsibility to pay if your country decide to charge you.
Usually products shipped directly from manufacturer/warehouses have reduced declared value on packages. But please contact Customs in your country for more information.

How do I pay?
  We accept credit cards, paypal and Apple Pay.

How do I remove an item from my basket(cart)?
  Enter "0" in quantity box and update your basket.
